Bristol Virginia Owes A Total Of 2.8 Million Dollars To Six Local Businesses Through Tax Incentive Agreements Going Back To 2014. To Date, Just Over 610-Thousand Dollars Of The Obligation Has Been Met. City Manager Randy Eads Said There’s A Time And Place For Incentives Which Are Meant To Help Spur Economic Development. He Also Said Going Forward, The City Plans To Be Selective In Offering Them.
