A Second Person Has Died In Connection With A Shooting Earlier This Month In Kingsport. Charles Seaton Succumbed To His Injuries Sunday. Seaton And Josephine Helmandollar Were Shot On Skyland Drive December 8Th. Helmandollar Passed Away Not Long After The Shooting. Investigators Are Still Searching For A Suspect.
