The Bristol Virginia Police Department Is Needing Your Help Finding A Missing Person. Marvin Billy Stout Has Not Been Seen Since December 9th. He Was Last Seen Wearing Tan Pants, A Black Hooded Sweatshirt And A Dark Green Carhart Jacket. Police Said Stout Takes Medication And Could Be In Need Of It. Anyone With Information About His Whereabouts, Should Call 911.
