A Erwin Tennessee Couple Is Facing Charges After They Were Allegedly Found Asleep In A Vehicle, Possibly Under The Influence With Their Two Children In The Backseat. 35 Year Old Eddie Effler And 35 Year Old Amber Effler Are Both Charged With One Felony Count And One Misdemeanor County Of Child Endangerment. Officers Found The Vehicle In A Parking Lot Early Tuesday With The Couple Asleep, After Attempting To Make Contact With Them, Officers Noted Both May Be Possibly Under The Influence Of An Unknown Substance. Two Children Ages 5 And 15 In The Car Were Taken By The Department Of Children’s Services For Their Safety. Eddie And Ambler Effler Are Being Held In Jail On A Five Thousand Dollars Bond.
