Carter County Schools Have Announced They Will Be Going To An All Virtual Schedule For A Week. Starting Monday December 14th, All County Schools Will Be On A Virtual Schedule Through Friday December 18th. Elizabethton City Schools Have Also Announced They Will Be Returning To A Hybrid Schedule Starting Monday Through January 22nd.
