Three Men Have Been Charged In Connection With A Drive-By Shooting In Carter County That Left A Ten Year Old Girl Dead. 18 Year Old Jason Barber Ii, 20-Year-Old Jediah Glover And Zachary Scalf Allegedly Fired 21 Rounds Into The Home On Blevins Road, With One Of The Rounds Striking The Child Who Was Asleep On A Coach. All Three Are Facing Multiple Charges Including First Degree Murder, Eight Counts Of Reckless Endangerment And Conspiracy To Commit Murder. The Shooting Appears To Have Been And Act Of Revenge Regarding A Halloween Shooting. All Three Are Being Held On An Over 900-Thousand Dollars Bond Each.
