The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Is Offering A Three Thousand Dollars Reward For Information Leading To The Arrest In The Fatal Shooting On Blevins Road. 10-Year-Old Lillyhanna Davis Was Laying On The Couch Tuesday Morning When A Bullet Went Through The Wall Of The Residence And Struck Her, She Died From Her Injuries At The Hospital. Investigators Are Working To Apprehend Those Responsible. No Charges Have Been Filed Yet. Anyone With Any Information Is Ask To Call The Sheriff’s Office.
