There Has Been One Major Finding In East Tennessee State University’s 2016 To 2020 Performance Audit Report. The Finding Indicated ETSU Administrators Did Not Design And Implement Internal Controls To Keep Daily Campus Crime Statistics. Errors In Crime Reports Were Found Throughout 60 Entries Pulled Out Of 241 During That Period. University President Dr. Brian Noland, Said Newly Appointed Public Safety Chief Cesar Gracia Is Working With Leadership To Make Changes To Ensure This Doesn’t Happen In The Future.
