Carter County Schools Have Announced They Will Return To A Hybrid Learning Schedule After Thanksgiving. The Hybrid Schedule Will Go From Monday, November 30th Through Friday, December 18th. Meanwhile, Elizabethton City Schools Have Announced T.A. Dugger Students On The Traditional Learning Track Will Remain Hybrid Through Thanksgiving Break. This Will Not Effect Those On Distance Learning Track And Does Not Apply To Elementary Schools.
