The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Is Investigating A Fatal Drive-By Shooting Involving A Nine Year Old Girl. It Happened Around 5:30 This Morning At A Home On Blevins Road In Elizabethton. Sheriff Dexter Lunceford Said Several Shots Were Fired Into The Home. The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Is Also On Scene. A Suspect Is Not In Custody At This Time As The Investigation Continues.
