The Tennessee Golf Foundation Is Proposing A New Learning Center On The Existing Driving Range At Pine Oaks Golf Course. The Idea Is To Build A Two-Thousand Square Foot Facility Designed To Offer Best-In-Class Golf Instruction. The Tri-Cities Regional Director Of The Foundation, Cody Weems, Said This Would Mutually Benefit The City And His Organization. The Idea Has Been Pitched To City Leaders, But No Action Has Been Taken On The Idea.
