A Proposed Johnson City Satellite Campus For The Tennessee College Of Applied Technology Is Now A Priority For State And Local Officials. The Proposal Would Use The Former Boones Creek Elementary School Building. The Tennessee Board Of Regents Appears Ready To Request 12-Million Dollars For TCAT Capital Projects. A Statewide Plan Also Recommends 7-Million Dollars For Work At The Site. Final Release Of The Funds Could Come As Early As The Middle Of Next Year.
