The Kingsport Police Department Is Investigating A Homicide. Officers Responded To A Reported Shooting On Osage Drive Early Sunday. The Body Of 26 Year Old Eduardo Oviedo-Velazco Was Found Inside The Residence With What Appeared To Be A Gunshot Wound. Detectives Have Determined This Appears To Be An Isolated Incident With No Known Immediate Danger To The Public. The Investigation Is Continuing And More Information Will Be Forthcoming.
