The Johnson City Police Arrested A Jonesborough Man After He Allegedly Threatened To Kill A Woman Before Stabbing Her In The Foot With A Knife. 25 Year Old Jason Smith Is Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault, Simple Assault And Resisting Arrest. Smith Is Being Held In Jail On A 10 Thousand Dollars Bond. He Is Scheduled To Be Arraigned In Washington County Session Court Monday Afternoon.
