Washington County Tennessee School Officials Say Efforts To Improve High-Speed Internet Access Are Paying Off. According To Bill Flanary, The County’s Director Of Schools, The Work By Brightridge Has Yielded Less Than 5-Percent Of Families With Students Who Are Without Internet Access. Grant Funding This Year Made It Possible For Free Wi-Fi On The Grounds Of 16 Schools In Washington County And Three Schools In Johnson City As Well As For The Purchase Of Two Hundred Wi-Fi Hotspots.
