A One Vehicle Crash In Scott County Has Claimed A Life. 71 Year Old Thomas McGraw Was Traveling North On U.S. Route 23 Near Duffield When He Ran Off The Right Side Of The Highway, Striking A Guardrail, Crossing Back Into The Northbound Lane And Overturning In The Median. McGraw Died At The Scene. The Virginia State Police Are Continuing The Investigation.
