East Tennessee State University Has Announced There Will Be Limited Capacity At Home Games This Basketball Season. Only Ten Percent Capacity Seating In Both Brooks Gym And Freedom Hall Will Be Allowed. That Equates To Around 240 Spectators In Brooks, And Just Over 600 At Freedom Hall.
