A Trial Date Has Been Set For A Former Washington County Tennessee Assistant District Attorney Accused Of Extortion. Erin Mcardle And Her Ex-Boyfriend, Tommy Henry, Were Indicted By A Grand Jury Earlier This Year On Charges Of Solicitation Of A Bribe, Conspiracy To Commit Extortion And Extortion Under Color Of Official Right. Mcardle’s Attorney Filed A Motion In Federal Court In Knoxville Seeking More Time To Review Evidence In The Case. The Judge Is Expected To Make A Decision On That Motion In The Coming Days. A Trial Date Is Set For February 16Th.
