Kingsport Leaders Are Going To Be Discussing Options In The Coming Months For The Oldest Fire station In The City. Station Number 2 Near The Civic Auditorium Was Built In 1942 And Is Becoming Inadequate. The Three Options On The Table Are To Renovate The Existing Facility, Demolish And Rebuild On The Same Site, Or Leave The Existing Building To Build A New Facility In The Same Area Of Town.
