According To Bristol, Virginia City Manager Randy Eads, If The Virginia Lottery Board Approves, Hard Rock Hotel And Casino Plans To Open A Temporary Gaming Facility At, Bristol Mall By The Fourth Quarter Of Next Year. It Will Be Located In The Former Belk Store And Will Feature Slots, Table Games, A Restaurant, And A Coffee Shop. The Temporary Casino Will Remain In Operation While The Main Resort Is Under Construction.
