Johnson City Leaders Are Set To Decide This Evening On A One-Time Hazard Pay Bonus For City Employees. The Money Would Be Provided Through An Unexpected Budget Surplus. The Proposal Would Equate To A One-Time Payout Of Five-Hundred Dollars For Full-Time Employees And 250-Dollar Bonuses For Part-Time Workers.  City Staff Members Have Recommended Whatever Is Leftover Of The Surplus Be Invested In Street Resurfacing.
