Officials With Happy Valley Elementary School In Carter County Tennessee Have Announced The School Will Begin Transitioning To A 100% Virtual Schedule Starting Tomorrow Morning. The Virtual Schedule Will Go Through Friday, November 6th With Students Returning To Classes Starting Monday, November 9th.
