The City Of Kingsport Has Ended Last Fiscal Year With Just Over 1.7 Million Dollars Left Over. City Manager Chris McCartt Said The Money Will Be Applied To One-Time Capital Projects This Fiscal Year. Some Of Those Projects Include Software Upgrades At The Police Department, Funding The Rainy Day Fund, Grant Matching, Sidewalk Work, And General Maintenance
