Petworks Animal Services On East Stone Drive-In Kingsport Is Hosting A Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony This Morning At 10 Am. Ground Was Broken Last November On The 17-Thousand Square Foot Animal Shelter, Adoption Center, And Dog Park. This Weekend Will Feature Some Fun Events, Including The Third Annual ‘Howl-Oween” Festival On Saturday With Multiple Vendors, Costume Contests, A Kids Zone, Food Trucks, A Live Musical Performance And Tours Of The New Facility All From Noon To 8 Pm.
