Watauga Orthopaedic’s Is Hoping To Build A New Orthopaedic Surgery Center In Our Region. A Certificate Of Need Has Been Filed With The State Of Tennessee And They Expect To Begin Construction Soon With The Project Completed In 2022. It Would Be A First Of Its Kind In The Region And Would Focus Solely On Orthopaedic Procedures. It Would Also Offer Improved Efficiency And Coordination Of Care, And The Increased Capacity To Perform More Procedures. It Would Be Located Near Tri-Cities Airport.
