Out Of Five Major Counties In Northeast Tennessee, Sullivan County Has Seen The Largest Increase In New COVID-19 Cases Per 100,000 Residents. In The Past 14 Days, The Percentage Of People Testing Positive For The Virus Has Shot Up 65 Percent. The County’s Seven Day Positivity Rate Was Even Higher. Much Milder Increases Have Been Felt In Washington, Greene, Carter, And Hawkins Counties.
