East Tennessee State University In Johnson City Had Received Over 2 Million Dollars In Grant Money. The Transition And Post Secondary Programs For Students With Intellectual Disabilities Grant Is Being Provided Through The U.S. Department Of Education. The Funds Will Be Used To Provide Tuition Assistance To Eligible Students In The Access Etsu Program Beginning Next Fall.
