The Wise County Sheriff’s Department Has Arrested A Lynchburg Virginia Man After He Allegedly Fired Multiple Shots Into A Home. 27 Year Old Manuela Sotillo Solo Reportedly Told Investigators He Was Angry At The Residents In The Home Because They Had Disrespected Him. Officers Found Multiple Bullet Holes And Damage To Several Items Inside The Residence. Solo Is Charged With Two Counts Attempted First Degree Murder, Use Of A Firearm In The Commission Of A Felony, Malicious Discharge Of A Firearm, And Felony Destruction Of Property.
