A Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting A Student On The Campus Of East Tennessee State University Has A Plea Deadline And Motion Hearing Set In Washington County Tennessee Criminal Court Later This Year. 32 Year Old David Creech Is Charged With Aggravated Rape, Especially Aggravated Rape And Exposure To Hepatitis B. The Student Claimed She Was Walking Near The Campus Powerhouse Around Four O’clock In The Morning When She Was Attacked By A Man With A Knife. Creech Will Be Back In Court On November 20th.
