The U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development Has Opened A New Envision Center In Lebanon Virginia With The Cumberland Plateau Regional Housing Authority. The Authority Covers Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, And Tazewell Counties. The Envision Center Program Is Meant To Be A Hub With Easy Access To Other Agencies And Non-Profit Organizations.
