They Want The State Of Tennessee To Order Sullivan County To Drop The Value Of The Track For Tax Purposes By 46-Million Dollars. The Sullivan County Property Assessor’S Office Worked With Bms Legal Representatives Last Year To Lower The Appraisal Value On Several Pieces Of Land Owned By The Speedway. A Request Has Been Filed With The State, But No Action Has Been Taken.
