Washington County Virginia Leaders Have Taken The First Step Toward Renovating The County Courthouse In Abingdon. The County Is Forming A Partnership With Russell County To Form A Private-Public Partnership Which Could Secure Funds For The Much Needed Modernization. This Will Allow The County To Spend Less To Use Russell County’S Procurement To Gather The Estimates For The Work.
