East Tennessee State University’s Board Of Trustees Has Approved A Drop In Tuition For Out Of State Students. On Friday Board Members Voted To Reduce The Total Out Of State Cost To Around 13 Thousand Dollars Annually. And Students From Georgia, Kentucky, Virginia, North And South Carolina Will Pay Even Less With A Full Academic Year’s Tuition Around 10 Thousand Dollars. The Change Will Take Place In The Fall Of 2021 And Will Only Apply To Incoming Students.
