Kingsport City Schools Assistant Superintendent Andy True Has Announced Students In Grades 6 Through 12 That Have Not Already Returned To In-Person Learning Will Do So Monday. Students In Grades Pre K Through 5th Have Already Returned. Meanwhile, Sullivan County School Leaders Have Decided That Grades Pre-K Through 8 Students Be In-Person And One Day Virtual Starting September 29th. Those Students, Plus Grades 9-12 Are To Start Full, In-Person Learning, On October 19th.
