A Joint Investigation And Indictment Has Led To The Arrest Of A Unicoi County Tennessee Man. 72 Year Old Don Tilson Is Facing Charges In Two Counties, After Investigators Found Tilson Sold A Vehicle To Davis Recycling In Johnson City, Later Reported It Stolen In North Carolina Then Filed An Insurance Claim In Unicoi County On The Vehicle And Also Provided False Statements Under Oath About The Vehicles Disappearance. Tilson As A Result Was Indicted By Grand Juries In Unicoi And Washington County. Tilson Is In Custody Of The Unicoi County Sheriff’s Office Where His Charges Include Insurance Fraud And Perjury, His Bond There Is Five Thousand Dollars. He Will Be Transferred To Washington County Detention Center Where Is Bond Is Set At Three Thousand Dollars.
