Sullivan County Director Of Schools Dr. David Cox Is Recommending A Plan For Students To Return To In-Person Learning. Under Cox’s Plan, Elementary And Middle Schools Would Return September 28th With High School Students Returning October 19th. Parents Would Still Have The Option For Online Learning. Cox Will Present His Plan At The Regular Meeting Thursday Night At Sullivan Central Middle School. The Meeting Starts At 6:30 pm.
