A Pedestrian Who Was Hit By A Vehicle In Kingsport Is Reportedly In Critical Condition. The Kingsport Police Department Says 33 Year Old Melissa Brandon Was Hit By A Chevrolet Tahoe While Trying To Cross The Road In The 1500 Block Of Fairview Avenue Tuesday Night. Brandon Received Serious Life-Threatening Injuries. The Driver Of The Tahoe, 62 Year Old Anthony White, Was Not Injured. The Pedestrians Were Not Crossing At The Crosswalk Or An Intersection. The Incident Remains Under Investigation.
