Brown Is Alleged To Have Burned A Cross Outside The Home Of 17 Year Old African-American Travon Brown, Who Had Organized A Black Lives Matter Demonstration In Marion The Previous Day. Brown Could Face Up To Eight Years In Prison And A 250-Thousand Dollar Fine. A Show Cause Hearing Is Set For September 21st.
