The Sixth Annual Tri-Cities 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Will Take Place Saturday At Bristol Motor Speedway. Participants Will Climb A Section Of Grandstands For A Total Of 110 Stories, Representing The Number Of Floors In The Twin Towers.
