A Federal Judge In U.S District Court In Abingdon, Virginia Has Set A Trial Date For Bristol Virginia’S Lawsuit Against BVU Authority. The City Claims BVU Owes Over 6-Million Dollars From The Proceeds Of Its 2018 Sale Of Its Former Optinet Division. The Trial Is Set To Begin November 15Th. BVU Has Since Claimed The City Owes It Over A Million Dollars In Rent On A Building It’s Currently Using.
