Meanwhile, The City Is Seeking Just Over 6-Million Dollars From BVU For The City’S Share Of Proceeds From The 48-Million Dollar Sale Of BVU’s Optinet Telecommunications Division In 2018. The City Claims That Amount Is Based On A Transition Agreement Signed By Both Parties.
