The Conceptual Site Plan Includes A Movie Theater, Hotel, And Supermarket. There Will Also Be Space For Other Retail And Restaurant Locations. The Plan Calls For An Amphitheater, Trails, And Waterfront Dining. The Annexation Will Be Considered Tonight When City Leaders Vote On The Matter.
