Tennessee Governor Bill Lee Has Appointed Janet Vest Hardin, A Former District Attorney General, To Become The Newest Washington County General Sessions Court Judge. She Will Take The Bench Of Judge James Nidiffer. He Did Not Resign But Asked Lee To Appoint A Special Judge During His Illness. He Plans To Return If His Health Improves. Hardin Said It Is Both An Honor And Privilege To Accept The Appointment.
