An Attorney For A Mother Who Was Indicted By A Sullivan County Grand Jury On Multiple Charges Related To The Death Of Her Infant Daughter Is Asking For A Change Of Venue. Megan Boswell Made Her First Appearance In Court This Morning And Plead Not Guilty In The Death Of Evelyn Boswell. She’S Charged With Two Counts Of Felony Murder And 17 Other Counts Including Abuse Of A Corpse. Evelyn’S Remains Were Found On Family Owned Property In Blountville In March Of This Year. She Was Last Seen In December, But Wasn’t Reported Missing Until February. Boswell’S Next Court Date Is Set For December 3Rd.
