Washington County Sessions Court Judge Don Arnold Has Found A Johnson City Pawn Shop Owner, Not Guilty Of Misdemeanor Assault Charges. Daryl Lovelace, Manager Of Volunteer Pawn Shop, Was Accused Of Assaulting A Customer, Which Led To Allegations Of Racial Profiling And Several Protests. Lovelace Claimed He Was Overwhelmed By The Number Of People Who Entered The Shop And Asked Everyone To Leave, So He Could Handle Two People At A Time. Customers Claimed He Was Discriminating Against Them, Which Led To A Scuffle And The Assault Charge.
