Elizabethton City Schools Will Remain On A Hybrid Schedule Through September 4th. The School System Says This Will Allow Parents And Staff To Complete Surveys And Give School Officials Time To Compile Date. The Survey Data Will Then Be Used, Along With Information From The Health Department To Make A Decision On The School System’s Instruction Methods. The Parent Survey Is Due By 3 pm August 27th.
