Carter County Is Reporting Two Deaths With Washington And Greene Reporting One Each. Sullivan County Is Showing The Highest New Case Count With An Increase Of 21 In The Last 24 Hours. Overall The State Is Reporting 813 New Cases And 40 Deaths Since Monday.
