A Single Vehicle Crash In Dickenson County Virginia Has Claimed A Life. 20 Year Old Timothy Smith Of Clintwood Reportedly Ran Off The Right Side Of The Road Hitting Several Trees And Flipping Over In The River. Smith Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene. The Virginia State Police Are Still Investigating The Incident.
