Washington County Tennessee Leaders Are Set To Vote Tonight On An Over 12-Million Dollar Inter-Local Agreement To Provide 500-Thousand Dollars Yearly For The Next 25 Years To Help Johnson City Fund Its School Capital Needs. The County Commission Originally Approved The Deal In February, But A New Vote On The Agreement Is Needed Due To Johnson City Leaders Postponing A Decision Due To A Missing Version Of The Accord.
