Kingsport Is Gearing Up For A 3.5 Million Dollar Nearly Year-Long Street Resurfacing Project. Main Roads That Will Get A New Coat Of Asphalt Include Fall Creek, Moreland Drive, Cooks Valley, And Netherland Inn. The Work Will Take Place Up Until July Of Next Year. The City Plans To Pave Half Of It’S Worst Neighborhood Roads By The End Of This Year.
